SprezzOS inherits much of Debian's networking infrastructure, and it is worthwhile to familiarize oneself with their documentation:
- Debian Manual, Chapter 5, "Network setup".
- Debian Wiki, "Network Configuration".
There are then some differences:
- SprezzOS does not make use of TCPwrappers
- SprezzOS uses a local DNS cache by default
